📄️ Capital Pool
The Capital Pool is jointly owned by all Creed Crypto members. The crypto assets that back CREED tokens are held in the Capital Pool contract. These assets are used to underwrite covers, pay out valid claims, and invest and generate revenue for the Creed. Members control the Capital Pool through onchain governance.

Any investment allocations are decided by members through onchain governance using the Creed Crypto Protocol Improvement Proposal (CCPIP) format. To date, members have voted to allocate Capital Pool assets in the following strategies.

The Minimum Capital Requirement (MCR) is an important component of the entire Creed Crypto protocol. The MCR represents the minimum amount of funds the Mutual needs to be very confident it can pay all claims. It is represented by the following formula:
